Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Howard's Orchard LLC, trading as OnClick ("OnClick", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to the website at onclick.live and to the review and referral management services we provide to our clients.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and support services such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text message originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers two groups of people, and we treat them differently:
- Our clients and prospective clients. Business owners and staff who contact us, buy our services, or use this website.
- Our clients' customers. Homeowners and other end customers whose contact details our clients place into the system so that review and referral messages can be sent.
For our clients' customers, our client is the data controller and we act as their service provider. We process that data only on our client's instructions and only to operate the service. If you are a homeowner and want your data removed, the fastest route is to contact the contractor you did business with, though you may also contact us directly using the details at the end of this policy and we will act on your request.

- Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out is processed automatically and immediately.
- Recipients can reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business directly.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and support services such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text message originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the following categories of recipient, and only as needed to deliver the service:
- Our client. Customer replies, review activity, and referral submissions are visible to the business whose customers they are.
- The automation and messaging platform on which the system is built, which stores contact records and delivers messages.
- Telecommunications carriers and messaging providers, which are necessary to deliver SMS and email.
- The Campaign Registry and mobile network carriers, which receive client business registration details as required by law and industry rules for A2P 10DLC messaging.
- Google, when a customer chooses to follow a link and write a review. Any review they write is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
- Our payment processor, for client billing.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. How long we keep information
- Client account and billing records: seven years after the end of the relationship, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Customer contact records processed for a client: for the duration of that client's engagement. Within 60 days of cancellation, we export the data to the client and delete our operational copy, unless the client instructs otherwise or the law requires retention.
- Opt-out records: retained indefinitely, because we need them to honour the opt-out.
- Website enquiry correspondence: two years.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is stated here for completeness
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any right, contact us at support@onclick.live. We will respond within 45 days. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a client, we will forward it to that client and assist them in responding.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who can view client data, and reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice will be added.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change affecting how we handle your information, we will notify affected clients by email.
